Pioneered by owner and founder, Ian Namiotka, Sixteen 2 one coffee roasters was built upon foundational principles of connection, community, and conversation - deeply rooted in a longstanding passion, and dedication, to the craft of specialty coffee.

As the deciding factor in a long lineage of individuals, there is an obligation to pay a deep, and lasting tribute to the producer for their overwhelming strength, knowledge, and determination in pursuit of the most acclaimed coffee. And with that obligation, comes the transformation of a raw product into a consumable through a process of art and science.
